Australian Delivery Policy:
Perfect Form Physiotherapy dispatches products daily throughout the working week through our dispatchers, TIFS. All products ordered by 12pm (Sydney time) on any dispatch day will be posted that day. If for any reason the order is unable to be fulfilled the client will be contacted via email within 24 hours (during the business week) to notify of any delay or arrange a refund. Please note that delays in dispatch of your order during sales periods and new product launches may delay you receiving your product by 1-3 days.

Tracking information will be sent with confirmation of dispatch from our dispatchers, TIFS.

International Delivery Policy:
If you are from USA, please visit our sister site The Ballet Blog for cheaper shipping. Some international countries will be cheaper from our The Ballet Blog site than Perfect Form Physiotherapy so please compare the shipping prices before placing your order.

Perfect Form Physiotherapy dispatches products daily throughout the working week through our dispatchers, TIFS. All products ordered by 12pm (UTC+10:00 – Sydney, Australia time) on any dispatch day will be posted that day. If for any reason the order is unable to be fulfilled the client will be contacted via email within 24 hours (during the business week) to notify of any delay or arrange a refund. Please note that delays in dispatch of your order during sales periods and new product launches may delay you receiving your product by 1-3 days.

For any orders under 2kg, we use Australia Post. All other orders will be shipped via DHL Global Mail. Delivery times depend on location and range between 3 working days to 2 weeks from dispatch date. Tracking information will be sent with confirmation of dispatch from our dispatchers, TIFS. Tracking information is unavailable for New Zealand.

Should you wish to contact us regarding your order please submit a support ticket with your invoice.

Please note that you may be liable for import duties and/or customs excise on your order and you are responsible for payment of these when the order enters your country. Details of this vary from country to country. In some cases the arrival of your product may be delayed for up to 5 days should it be held by Customs.

Dependent on weight of entire parcel and shipping region. Please check shipping total on payment page.

Please note that all payments made via credit card are processed securely through Eway in Australian Dollars.

Important For All Orders: When placing an order on the Perfect Form Physiotherapy website please provide a postal address that will be occupied during the estimated time of delivery outlined in postal/ courier tracking information as some packages may need to be signed off. All courier companies vary in delivery methods and it is not certain that any notes will be taken into consideration.Perfect Form Physiotherapy will not be held responsible for the cost of re-shipping items if they are returned to dispatch.
