Pelvic Stability

Pelvic stability, or lack thereof, is a major contributing factor to many injuries, such as Patellofemoral pain, foot and ankle injuries and back pain. Many people train muscles around the pelvis in isolation, but this does not necessarilt lead to improved pelvic stability.
