Everyone needs a good Physio, whether for pain relief, guidance in creating an exercise program or achieving your optimal potential in your chosen sport.

While we specialise in treating Dancers of all types, we also treat all members of the community with equal dedication. The skills that allow us to treat elite sports people also enable us to get to the root cause of many chronic pains that may have been resistant to other treatments.

At Perfect Form Physiotherapy, we use various techniques to help relieve any discomfort that you may be experiencing, give you advice and education on preventing recurrence, and assist you with rehabilitation to get you back to your full level of function and beyond.

Physiotherapy can be of great assistance for all of the following:

  • Dance Injuries
  • Sports injuries
  • Low back and hip pain
  • Posture Analysis and Correction
  • Headaches
  • Neck and Shoulder Pain
  • Arthritis
  • Post surgical rehab
  • RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury)

We take an holistic approach to treatment, priding ourselves on seeking the root cause of the problem and not just treating your symptoms. This is extremely important in resolving chronic pain that has been present for more than one month, as there are often numerous factors that need to be addressed for a complete recovery.

All of our therapists continue to update their skills regularly through both in house and external post graduate courses providing a wide range of treatment approaches. We can treat a broad spectrum of conditions from the more common acute sprained ankle through to chronic back and shoulder conditions.

All Initial Physiotherapy sessions are for one hour (One-on-one) and Follow Ups may be 30 mins or 50-60 mins depending on the complexity of your presentation.

Please wear appropriate clothing to your appointment, or bring shorts and a singlet with you as your therapist will need to assess the injured body part, and other areas of the body.
